30-Day Return Policy

At Vantic Labs (a Kuat Optimum Inc. brand), we provide precision tools for your physical and environmental optimization. If a piece of equipment or wellness protocol does not meet your operational requirements, we offer a clear, objective 30-day return procedure for a full refund.

30-Day Evaluation Window

You have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return and dispatch the item back to our facility. To maintain eligibility for a full refund, the return tracking data must show the package was handed over to a carrier within this 30-day timeframe.

Return Authorization Procedure

To ensure proper tracking and processing, all returns must be authorized prior to dispatch.

  2. Facility Routing: Once authorized, our team will log your return and provide you with the exact shipping address for our specialized returns processing facility. (Note: Do not mail items back to the original shipping address on the packaging without authorization, as it will bypass our processing center and may void the return).

  3. Dispatch: Securely package the item and hand it over to your preferred shipping carrier.

Return Shipping Liability

Please note that customers are strictly responsible for all return shipping costs. Vantic Labs does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Because we cannot assume liability for items lost in transit to our facility, we strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and retaining your drop-off receipt. Providing our support team with your return tracking number will also significantly expedite the refund process.

Inspection & Refunds

Upon arrival at our warehouse, the Kuat Optimum Inc. receiving team will inspect the package. Once verified, we will immediately process a full refund to your original method of payment. An automated confirmation email will be dispatched the moment the transaction is completed. Please allow standard processing time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds to your account.
